✨ Refund & Exchange Policy

Our Quality Promise Because many of our items—including our Stardust Orbit Keyrings and NFC Tags—are custom-made or involve digital programming, we have specific guidelines for returns.

• Returns: We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging (charms, cards, and tags).

• Custom/Personalized Items: Products that have been personalized or custom-sublimated are Final Sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• NFC Tags: If your NFC tag is not "activating," please reach out to us for troubleshooting! If the chip is found to be defective within 30 days of arrival, we will send a replacement tag at no cost to you.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

• How to Start a Return: Send an owl (or just an email) to pixiepoststudio@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
