The Magic of Transit Each item at Pixie Post Studio is handcrafted or finished to order in our studio. We take great care to ensure your "Special Delivery" is packed securely with a touch of stardust.

• Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare, test, and pack your order. Custom orders or new drop periods may require additional time.

• Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your treasures.

• Tracking: Once your order has left the realm, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

• International Shipping: We do ship to fans worldwide! Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon arrival in your country.

• Lost or Damaged Packages: While we aren't responsible for the postal service's "glitches," please contact us at pixiepoststudio@gmail.com if your package arrives damaged so we can help find a magical solution.
